Our online booking system is super easy to use, and you can get started instantly. Just enter in your shipment details and make payment online. You can choose to print a label or simply write the 20 digit booking number on your package, by selecting the label-less option.
Once your shipment has been paid, ticket attached (or code hand written) and your package is ready for collection, simply click the Book Pickup button in your dashboard.
A courier will be there within 48hrs for metro pickups or up to 72hrs for rural addresses. Monday to Friday service.
Your shipment is on it's way! All shipments are tracked and insured up to $2,000. Track the shipments progress from your Returnit Dashboard.
